There will be two different tournaments. A youth cup for those under 16, and an adult cup for anyone 16+.
Where?
The event takes place at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Mjøndalen, Fjerdingen 1, 3051 Mjøndalen
The football cup takes place in Mjøndalshallen, Hagatjernveien 19, 3050 Mjøndalen
Rules in Mjøndalshallen:
No messy shoes
No wrenches
No smoking
No gum
No glass
No candy
No dogs or cats
Tournament rules:
- 5 players on the field including goalkeeper
- All matches begin at the same time on all three courses. When the clear signal is given the time starts and the referees can blow the whistle. The matches end by the referees whistle
- The matches start and end when the referee blows the whistle.
- The team can use as many substitutes as they want - but never more than 5 players on the field
- At least one girl or boy on the field at all times
- Fair play, of course
- We do not use the offside rules
- It is allowed to play the ball back to the keepers hands
- No discussion with the referee
- Referees can give yellow and red cards according to normal rules. In the case of a red card, players must leave the field and the team will play with a player less the rest of the match.
- A red card player must also means the player is not allowed to play the next match.
- Finals: If a final match ends in a draw after the usual time, there will be "sudden death" in extra round of maximum 5 minutes. If there is still a draw, there will be a penalty competition. 3 penalties for each team.
Kiosk:
There will be a separate kiosk at the grand entrance, where we will sell snack, drinks, sausages and burgers!
